Counselling

Many of us at some point need individual support to help through the tough times and counselling is a proven and gentle way to help. I provide one to one counselling for adults going through these difficult times. I treat various mental health challenges such as Depression,  Anxiety,  Bereavement and Loss, Relationship difficulties, Stress, OCD and Eating Disorders. Mental Health Training

Life can throw all sorts of things our way, to help deal with life’s ups and downs and stressful work/life demands in a positive way, I facilitate Mental Health group training and classes for individuals and companies both big and small in order to give information, tools and skills as well as support. Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing on the present moment using Mindfulness Practices. It is something I use often both in Counselling and training. It is a wonderful way to connect to ourselves in the present moment in order to find out how we are doing and what we may need. We are often too busy getting things done to check this and how we feel can get missed or buried under a to do list! Mindfulness Practices be it Meditation, or a simple breathing space can be a huge support to help us come back to ourselves.
